What: Yoga practice of deep relaxation. There may be 10 min. of gentle movement. Have any props on hand that support your physical needs and comfort. Props could include yet not limited to: chairs, blankets, towels, pillows, bolsters and/or eye covers.
When: 12p - 12:45p; Tuesdays + Wednesdays in January 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29
Where: Meet me virtually from your home, office or 3rd place location.
Registration: If you’ve already purchased your visit, email: hello@fueledbyyoga.com to register for that day’s session prior to 60min. before the start (11:00am) and I’ll send you the Zoom link. If you haven’t purchased your visit, you will need to do that first. I’ll follow up with the email of the purchaser.
