With a focus on YOUR inner and outer core contributors, join me at The Yoga Tree in Seattle for a workshop that is part learning, technique-ing and moving. Understand the way the abdominal muscles (there are more than the 6-pk abs), shoulder and pelvic stabilizers support life’s everyday functional movement on and off the mat.
This workshop is designed to:
Introduce + correlate muscular-skeletal aspects of the inner and outer core(s) to the deep front line, functional lines, diaphragm and breathing
Awaken the pelvic floor, transverse abdominals, obliques, and additional ‘not-so-hidden’ stabilizers
Learn movements for conditioning and integrating the core(s) in everyday life and asana postures
$45 on Sunday April 30th 1-3:30p; this is offered both in-person and virtually
