Join me, virtually, for the practice of constructive rest or deep relaxation with inner awareness. However you want to label Yoga Nidra, it’s a practice just like asana, pranayama and meditation. Some practitioners consider Yoga Nidra to be a guided meditation. You may fall asleep and then again, you may not.
The intention of this practice is to develop your capacity to know rest as different from wakefulness and sleep. To experience the in-between, the place or well where the ancients consider the nectar of vitality to spring.
Starting this Friday 10.4 and continuing 10.18, 11.1, 11.15,

How: $12/ per class; $20/ (2) sessions; $30/ all (4)sessions; Venmo @Heather-Hested, Zelle or credit card
Gentle yoga with a 40min Nidra. Mat + props needed. Anything for rest: blankets, bolsters, eye pillows etc. No yoga experience necessary.
